| The house is dipped in the green of the trees and is located in the exclusive area of Punta Ala, close between the sea and Maremma countryside. The accomodation is composed by living room, sleeping room, bathroom, basement (with another sleeping room and bathroom), two gardens and car parking. Two minutes walking from a marvelous cove (photo) and five minutes away from a beautiful and sandy free beach (photo). It is ideal for a stay of two till four people. | Tettatetto immerso nel verde situato nell'esclusiva localitΰ di Punta Ala tra il mare e la campagna della Maremma. Soggiorno con cucina, camera da letto doppia, bagno, seminterrato (con altra camera da letto e bagno), due giardini e posto auto. A due minuti a piedi dalla splendita e amena (vedi foto) cala Tartanella e a cinque minuti da una belllisima spiagga di sabbia (vedi foto). At the daily and weekly prices must be added: Euro 40,00 for the cleaning service at the end of the stay and Euro 100,00 as deposit which will be refunded at the end of the stay.
